[Frontdesk] Waivers for ClassPassers

Hi all,

I know there have been some questions around whether or not we can require
ClassPassers to sign our liability waiver. I reached out to ClassPass about
this issue and they said:

"*It's ultimately a question for the studio as to whether they permit a
ClassPass user who refuses to sign a waiver - or refuses to follow any of
the studio's policies - into their studio. As your staff have already seen,
we do alert users to the fact they may be asked to sign waivers and adhere
to other studio policies and guidelines, and our users explicitly agree
that they may be denied entry if they refuse to do so."*

Since it is listed in ClassPass's terms & conditions re a user being
required to accept each studio's liability waiver, please do not permit any
ClassPassers into class who refuse to sign the waiver. Let them know it is
per the protocol of both ClassPass and CORE40. You can give them my direct
email address if needed.
