[Frontdesk] No shows / late cancels

Hello again!

I wanted to remind each of you that the late cancel / no show policy still
applies for you as a front desk intern with an unlimited package.
Especially now that we only have 11 spots in class, it's very important to
manage your reservations appropriately. If you cancel within 12 hours of
the start time of class, you will be charged €15. If you do not show for a
reservation, you will be charged €25. To this point, I've been quite
lenient in not charging, but I will start requesting your payment details
for any no shows / late cancellations from October 16th onward.
