Hey Front Desk Crew,
I wanted to send this via email to spare our phones from more messaging
(don't know about you, but my anxieties are in flux with the state of
things!). Thank you Kate for sending the recap of the new restrictions,
that was helpful. Here's a good recap
<https://www.iamexpat.nl/expat-info/dutch-expat-news/stricter-coronavirus-measures-announced-netherlands?fbclid=IwAR2C0ICjkc_rUq06zhTRR-eoIVI8Je-tgXkVtsxCtoOlC74fCm0K-SKXI3M>
as well.
Regarding the fans, please let clients know that these are for cooling
purposes (and having them on is not a requirement for safety). The best
practice at this time is to 1. ensure ventilation is on and 2. open the
door for fresh air. And you can let clients know we are following the RIVM
guidelines.
Regarding socks, please ensure each client is wearing them. We ask clients
to sanitize their hands before class, but we do not ask them to sanitize
their feet, so it's best to play it safe and have them covered during
class.
For check-in, whenever possible, please check clients in yourself so that
we avoid unnecessary touching of devices. I mentioned this on Sunday as
well, but please do not use the bucket wipes to disinfect at the desk -
there is a spray bottle and cleaning towel for this purpose. There are
extra towels behind the mirror storage if needed. FYI we source the machine
wipes from the UK and they are costly / take a while to be delivered.
Please also stay focused on getting waivers and contact info (for every
client who signs a waiver).
Changing rooms and lockers are still closed for the time being. Bathroom
use should be limited to emergencies as needed.
You can message me separately if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you!!
