[Frontdesk] New formatted schedule

Hi team,

Hope you are all well! The amazing Juliette came up with this amazing
colourful schedule that we can all use. I think it would be a good idea to
trial it this month and see how we get on with it? Let me know your
thoughts.

Please can you be responsible for your own shifts and add in who is subbing
your shifts and make any changes. You can see some examples already in the
schedule.

Also, a gentle reminder that you can not take class during your scheduled
front desk shift.
The teachers know this too and will be keeping an eye on it. When you are
on shift it's your responsibility to check clients in, iron out any issues
and to be there for any emergencies. You can certainly take class before
your shift and after you shift.

After August, I am going to arrange a meet up/training session. I know
everyone is super busy this month so keep your eye out for an email. I will
send a datumprikker to see what dates suit you best.
