[Frontdesk] CORE40 - Update

Hello,

Thank you for everyone’s flexibility and patience over the past couple of
days with the new restrictions and the scheduling. Hopefully this will only
last for 3 weeks but lets prepare ourselves for an extension. The next
press conference takes place on the 14th December.

It’s been going well at the Weteringschans studio and the majority of
clients are being compliant with wearing masks.
We should be vigilant and wear our masks while we are at the desk and
walking around. Please gently remind clients to wear them. It’s not a big
ask.

Just a few house rules - please remember to turn everything off when
locking up the studio. Please turn off the lights, the ventilation system
and the heaters (if you have had them on). Lock both locks and make sure
the keybox is scrambled.
Also, after classes make sure the machines are how you would like to find
them. All the straps are back and one yellow spring is on the machine.

The €99 promotion deals and €1 class promotion is being extended right
through to the end of December. Please ignore the dates on the marketing
material around the studio and I will send an email out when I have had an
update from marketing and the social media team.

I am super keen to arrange a meeting/get together before Xmas but with
everyone’s schedules, the avond clock and Covid I know it’s a bit of a
task. I will try my best and squeeze a date in.
