[Frontdesk] Schedule Upon Reopening

Hey Team,

I want to prepare our schedule for the possibility of reopening on March 2, or in the near future. 

From our end, we’d like to keep everyone’s schedules the same, or as close to the same as possible, as before the shutdown. That said, please send me an email to confirm that you’d like to keep your schedule the same (anticipating reopening on March 2). If not, please let me know what you’d like to change, and I’ll take a look. 

The lovely Kate is copied here - she will be assisting me with some reopening duties. When responding, please email me directly and include her on your responses. We’d like to receive a response by Monday, Feb 15, so we have some time to plan as needed.
