[Frontdesk] Update

Hi team,

Hope you're all well and having a good week. Just a few updates from me;

Please give a warm welcome to Tanya, who is joining our Frontdesk team.
Tanya will be working on Monday morning and Thursday afternoon and Merel
has taken the Friday afternoon shifts.

Please keep grabbing those waivers and email addresses from new clients and
classpass members. If clients are reluctant to give you their details,
don't force them but it's great if we have their personal email in the
system so we can contact them.

While you're working please keep the studio looking neat and tidy;
Closing lockers, making sure the hangers are in the lockers and they are
clean.
Showers and changing rooms are tidy and stocked (shampoo, conditioner &
body wash).
Dressing table is stocked and tidied/changing area tidied, keeping the
toilet stocked with amenities and nice and clean. I have noticed that
someone (very kindly) is stocking the products on the dressing table, this
is great but please don't over-stock the items. Less is more and I feel
like if we put out too much stock people will over take.

As you're probably aware, cases of covid-19 are on the increase in
Amsterdam. Please look after yourselves and stay safe. I have attached the
Core40 Health and Safety protocol for you to read through, please let me
know when you have read through it and if you have any questions.

Exciting news! We have a teacher training program taking place and all the
teachers have been set up with membership packages, obviously excluding the
frontdesk team members who already have an intern monthly membership.
They have the 5pk membership, which entitles them to 5 classes a month and
a 'drop in' any class if there is availability. You do not need to check
them in for the class, they can drop in if there is space and that goes for
our teachers on schedule too. The teachers know about the trainees, as they
will be coming along to class and taking notes;
