[Frontdesk] New Covid Measures

Hello team,

Hope you are having a fabulous Friday, apologies for the delay.

Please read the update following the most recent announcement by the
government to reduce the spread of Coronavirus.

>From Saturday 6th November (tomorrow) we will be scanning *QR codes *at the
front desk to show proof of vaccination or a negative test. I have
downloaded the app onto a spare IPad and the iphone, please make sure these
devices are charged. We may face some issues along the way but hopefully we
can iron those out over the next few days. Please be patient and kind, it's
a tricky situation for everyone but we will try our best and all studios
are facing the same issue.

I know we don't have a lot of time between classes but we will do
everything we can to make sure everyone is happy.

*The process at the frontdesk;*
1. Scan the QR code - every visit
2. Check in
3. Waivers and emails - newcomers

*Social distancing* - everyone must maintain 1.5m distance. We are not
reducing the capacity of machines because when a client is on a machine
they meet the 1.5 metre distance requirement.

*Face masks* -  are not required in venues where the QR code scan is in
place.
