[Frontdesk] CORE40 - Updated schedule and new COVID-19 measurements

Hi Team,

Apologies for the late email and by now you have all seen our announcements
on our social media platforms. Due to the newest Covid-19 Government
Restrictions, we have made some changes to our class schedule that become
effective from today!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

- Our studio will close at 17:00⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

- Early evening classes are adjusted to start earlier. These have been
added to our schedule page⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

- Face coverings are required for clients when entering the studio and
walking around⠀

- Please keep 1.5 metres distance at all times⠀ ⠀⠀


The modified schedule goes into effect today, 28-11-2021. Thank you so much
for your patience in helping us navigate through this challenging time. We
appreciate your patience and support.


This means the frontdesk shifts in the evening will not be active and I
have adjusted the early evening shifts to an earlier time to
accommodate the new schedule.

   - Please have your QR code ready to be scanned upon entry.
   - Beginning November 28, 2021, face masks will be required when entering
   the studio and we will close at 17:00 to comply with the latest
   restrictions.
   - All classes must be reserved in advance.
   - Clients and CORE40 team members will be required to wear grip socks
   when on the Megaformer. You can bring socks from home, or grip socks can be
   purchased at the studio.
   - Our changing rooms and showers are open for a refreshing shower after
   class. Towels are not provided, please bring your own.
   - We will ensure that the studio is well-ventilated with as much fresh
   air as possible.
   - All Megaformer machines are spaced such that all clients meet the 1.5m
   distance required to ensure your safety.
   - We increased our daily sanitization protocols and standards for our
   CORE40 Cleaning Crew to follow

Emma and I are on the frontdesk this morning and people are being extremely
compliant and wearing masks. All of these updates have been communicated to
our members, database and classpass members. Please don't hesitate to
remind people to place their masks on while walking around the studio.
