[Frontdesk] Update and Happy Monday

Hi team,

Hope you are well! I just want to update you all on the schedule.

We now have five new instructors that have joined the Core40 team. Please
check out the schedule and give them some extra love and attention as they
transition into the team.

James Ducharm - Monday 06:50 and 07:40
Suus Ladiges - Friday 06:50 and 07:40
Sylvia den Edel - Saturday 16:00 and 16:50 (New times on the schedule, I
will look into recruiting a new front desk member to assist on this shift).
Kristina Hogye - Sunday 15:50, 16:40, 17:30
Lara Coret - tbc

Cooper is back in Amsterdam and she is back on schedule!

Monday 08:30, 09:20, 10:10
Thursday 11:20, 12:00, 12:50
Friday 15:00 and 15:50

Mindbody - saving a space. I have spoken to the team and if you face a
problem where you have a client (member) that is booked into a class and
you want to change the reservation/add them to the next class, please
follow this rule - please check them into the class and then use my account
and add me (Kate Watson) to reserve the spot. Please notify me straight
away and I will change it up in the system. Hope that makes sense?

Classpassers - need to manage their schedule online accordingly. Teachers
get paid per machine. We cannot cancel classes for them, if they haven't
cancelled the class in the 12 hour window, they will receive a late
cancellation fee of €8 and if they 'no show' they will receive a €14 fine.
I explain to clients that it's in our interest that they cancel, as it
opens up a spot for someone else to work out. We only have 15 machines so
please bear that in mind. We can make an exception if it's the same day and
same teacher and if there is space. Hope that makes sense, please let me
know if you have any questions about that?

Studio - Please keep refilling everything and making sure the studio is
nice and tidy, especially the changing rooms after they've been used
between classes.

Christmas is on the horizon - please let me know if you are planning on
going away and look into getting your shifts covered asap.
