[Frontdesk] CORE40 - November Update

Hello!

Hope you managed to enjoy some of the beautiful weather over the weekend
and you've all had a fab halloween! Just a little update from me.

A huge welcome back to Alina and Jette :) They will be back on the schedule
on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Juliette and I have amended some of the times on the frontdesk schedule due
to overlapping, please have a look at the schedule, as some of the times
have changed.

The selfie challenge has ended today and the winner will be announced this
week.

The First Class €1 promotion and the subsequent Intro Offer up-sell running
through to November 20th, with the option to be extended. Please refer back
to the email I sent out recently, if you need to answer any questions at
the studio.

While you are working please keep the changing rooms nice and tidy.
Between classes make sure they are presentable for the next set of clients.
 - Close the lockers/check inside for lost property items.
 - Keep the toilets stocked and tidy.
 - Keep the dressing room table stocked and tidy.
 - Stock all Marie-Stella products in the showers and toilets.
 - Wipe down the shower floors (with the shower squeegee) between classes.

I've had a few complaints recently :(
That the changings rooms are looking messy and it's super important that we
keep this area presentable for clients.
In-between classes we have plenty of time to make sure we keep high
standards at CORE40.

I also had a complaint from a client on Monday 25th. A client was enquiring
about lost property and they mentioned that the front desk staff member
wasn't very helpful or friendly. I would like to reinforce that while we
are working behind the desk, customer care is SO important, as we are all
the face of CORE40 and we want all of our clients to have an enjoyable and
friendly experience :)

Mabel and her partner have arrived in Amsterdam. They will be in the studio
tomorrow at 9am and will be around all week to meet everyone on the team,
so please give them a huge welcome and make sure the studio is looking
presentable.

I will be arranging a get together soon for all the frontdesk members and
hope to organise some training sessions, as I think a refresh would be
valuable for all of the team.
