Happy Friday, I hope you are enjoying the glorious weather!

Welcome to the team Babette and Amal, please give them a warm welcome at
the studio and please be on hand to help if they need any assistance.
Babette will be front desking on a Monday; 11:55 - 14:00 and 15:35 - 17:50
and Amal will be front desking Monday; 06:35 - 08:50 and Saturday; 11:30 -
13:45. I will be training Babette and Amal next week.

Please use the front desk shift document to keep track of your weekly
shifts and any covers. I don't know about you guys but I am finding it very
useful.

Please use this email to find covers and for any emergencies, the WhatsApp
group. I will add Babette and Amal to the group.

Aline is looking for cover with all her shifts this month - please help out
if you can?

We have a few free community classes on schedule - new trainees coming
through to join the team. We are reaching out to our community/database
with these classes and promoting them on social media. They are filling
quite nicely, everyone loves a freebie!

As a staff member, we receive a 50% discount on all products. If it is a
clients birthday or a birthday coming up, you can give them a free pair of
grip socks.
On Mindbody, you will see a birthday present by their name, click on their
profile and ask "do you have a birthday coming up?" Some people have just
entered their birthday incorrectly be mindful of that - don't worry about
that too much. You can always change it if it's incorrect.

With our VIP members, if it's their birthday they will receive an email
from us stating they will receive a free water bottle - please check the
email and use the promotion code when you have put it through the system.

I am aware that the water fountains filter is due for a change - I am
waiting for the filter to be delivered, it is just taking longer than I
expected.

I am hoping to arrange a get together very soon, so please keep an eye out
for an email with a dattum prikker (for everyone's availability).
