[Frontdesk] CORE40 - Update

Hi team,

Hope you are all staying safe and cool on the hottest day of the year!

Dean, Lisa (The Founders and Owners) and Viva (their Daughter) will be
arriving in Amsterdam tomorrow. Super excited to welcome them back to
Amsterdam and to have them around the studios. I'm sure Dean will be taking
a lot of classes, please give them extra care and love when you are working
on the frontdesk.

We have purchased a big fan (at the Centrum location) that can be placed at
the side door with the warm weather. Please look at the whatsapp image in
the group for positioning and if you are leaving the studio bring the fan
in and lock the studio side door. The weather should be cooling off as of
tomorrow but we have it now for the warmer months.

Please update the google document with any covers or swaps and if you can
help out more over the Summer months, it would be greatly appreciated.

We are low on socks at both locations, when we have sold out please advise
clients that going barefoot is an option too. We are expecting a delivery
soon for socks and we are also expecting a delivery of new
merchandise (t-shirts) next week. I have placed the remainder of the
merchandise (hoodies and sweatshirts) upstairs at Centrum, if you need any
current stock sizes.

With the warmer weather, clients are showering more frequently. Between
classes please make sure to dry out the showers with the squeegee and
please keep the changing areas looking presentable.

Jennifer and Cooper are leaving the teacher team and we are hosting a get
together on Saturday 30th July from 07:30pm onwards to say farewell. I am
waiting for confirmation but I'm hoping to secure a spot at Zoku for us
all. I will send a message out once I have full confirmation of time/venue
etc.
