Hello,

I just wanted to update everyone on the Merchandise at Centrum.

We have new hoodies and sweatshirts designed by Shane :)
We have added the items and sizes in Mindbody under products. Please search
the item in the tab and select the correct size when processing the item.

We have put 2 sizes out on the merchandise rack and have more sizes
upstairs.

Size options;
XXS, XS, S, M, L XL and XXL
(We do not have an XXL in the Black sweatshirt or Cream Ivory hoodie).

The other size options are upstairs on the shelving unit. I will show you
all where the stock is when you are at the front desk and run through the
process on Mindbody. Please keep all the stock neat and tidy and make sure
you handle the products with care.

We have also reduced the retail price of the water bottles to €10.

Welcome to the team Lola, Lola will be at the front desk Wednesday and
Friday at Centrum. Please give her a warm welcome. Please update and check
the google document for any amendments.

Also, a reminder on ClassPass rules. It isn't our responsibility to be
cancelling classes for clients, clients have to adjust their reservations
on ClassPass. They have to cancel through the app and deal with the fees.
We experienced high numbers of calls over the weekend, please only pick up
the phone if you have time. The studio is our key concern, checking clients
in and assisting the teacher. When the class has started you can answer the
phone but please advise ClassPass clients to cancel through their app or
contact ClassPass themselves. We can't check people in if they are not at
the studio and we must urge clients to cancel so we can reopen the spot for
someone else to use.

Also, Emma experienced a client taking their top off during class over the
weekend. You can explain to clients that we have a policy and they will
have to place their top back on. I do not want anyone to feel uncomfortable.

Please make sure the A-frame is placed out on the street near the post so
people can see it.
