Thank you for all your hard and consistent work and welcome to the new team
members! The Superstar Frontdesk Team is the face of CORE40 and we get lots
of wonderful feedback frequently about the team.

Ascend has been open for a couple of weeks now at our Zuid location and
it’s going really well. If clients have any questions regarding the
workout, machine or studio;

*'I**t is a high intensity 40 minute cardio workout that is low impact, the
workout is driven by music and visuals and the studio is located at our
Zuid location, next door to CORE40.'*

*2 sessions €10 (reg €20 valid for 14 days)*
*10 sessions €100 (reg €180) ***Includes ONE CORE40 SESSION (Total of €215

*Single session €25*

At CORE40 we have removed the €1 pricing option and replaced it with the €
10
'FIRST CLASS' pricing option. This pricing option is only available for new
clients
(1 per client).

Intro Unlimited Month - €99
*The intro promotions are available one per client and are valid for 30
days.*

1 session - €35
5 sessions - €125
10 sessions - €220

*MEMBERSHIPS*
VIP MONTHLY SPECIAL Recurring €159 (12-MON)
VIP UNLIMITED MONTHLY Recurring €199 (3-MON)
5 SESSIONS MONTHLY recurring - €99
1 MONTH UNLIMITED €249 - valid for 30 days (does not auto renew)

If clients have any questions re memberships or questions regarding their
memberships please ask the client to email connect at core40.nl

*New late arrival policies;*

First timers (who haven't taken a CORE40 class at all) cannot join if the
class has started.
They will have to reschedule OR see if there is a spot in the next class,
this only applies to classpassers and if it is the same teacher the same
day and block.

For returning/regular clients they have a 'grace period' of up to 10
minutes, anything over the 10 minutes they will have to reschedule.

*New Standby policy; *Please arrive a few minutes prior to any class start
time. Your spot will be held up to the minute class starts, then it may be
given to a standby client.

*Phone policy;*
Clients can use their phone before or after class, not during. Please
advise clients to place their phones upside down, we are trying to
disconnect from our outside lives.

Can you please send me your Christmas holiday dates asap so we can look at
swaps and covers for your shifts.
