Hope you are well! I just want to update you all on the schedule.

Welcome to the team Lara! We are super excited that you have joined the
CORE40 team. Welcome back Cooper, we are all super excited to see you back
in the studio and on the schedule.

All the new instructors have permanent slots on the schedule;
James - Monday 06:50 and 07:40
Suus - Friday 06:50 and 07:40
Sylvia - Saturday 16:00 and 16:50
Kristina - Sunday 15:50, 16:40 and 17:30
Lara - tbc

Juliette and Maria the social media team will be in touch re content. Don't
forget  I am also happy to help with content with everyone at the studio,
we have access to cameras and lights.

A little reminder you can now use your unique VIP codes to invite
your friends and family who haven't experienced CORE40 to take their class
for free! Your unique VIP code is VIP[LAST NAME].
Your friends and family will have to create an account on core40.nl then
head to the Get Class page, select First Class €20, enter the promo code at
the checkout.

Both sets of keys are in the locker box due to the TF filming upstairs.

If you could please let me know your Christmas plans (I know it's October)
but before we know it, it will be December. If you could let me know if you
are planning on staying in Amsterdam or if you are planning on going away.

I am going to reschedule the' get together' drinks and will send out new
dates this week.
