Hope you are all well and enjoying the last days of our Dutch summer!

Keep an eye on your mic volume and music volume, as the grumpy neighbour
came in on Saturday to complain (verbally shouted at Steph on the front
desk). Funnily, I have tried to contact him but I haven't heard anything
back?! We have a few new frontdeskers that have joined the team, please
make them feel welcome and offer support if they need it but they are all
fully trained.
Amal - Monday am and Saturday afternoon
Babette - Monday afternoon and Monday late afternoon
Andreea - Tuesday evening and Sunday afternoon (pending)
