Dean uses 16 seconds for legs and 12 seconds for everything else. </div><div class="">- This translates to 6-seconds count each direction</div><div class="">- This is minimum; ideally you would be increasing over time to 8 seconds</div><div class="">- Please count the pacing/tempo for all the moves. Counting the pacing/tempo of the moves is an effective way to increase the intensity of class.
