[Frontdesk] CORE40 Update

Hello,

A huge welcome to Anouk!
Anouk will be working the front desk at Zuid on Tuesday evening 18:00 -
20:00 and Wednesday evening 18:00 - 20:00.

We use this email address for any updates and to request cover. Please
reach out to team members individually or through the whatsapp group for
covers and swaps and amend the google document accordingly.

*Just a reminder on your weekly shifts;*

Please keep to two shifts per week and if you get your shifts covered
please honour the cover back. This is only fair and it needs to be
consistent.

I just wanted to clarify a few questions on our memberships;

1 year unlimited prepaid - €1799 (makes the monthly payment €149 a month).
VIP unlimited monthly special €159 (12 month commitment).
VIP Unlimited monthly €199 (3 month commitment).
1 month unlimited €249 (no commitment).
(These memberships occur late cancel and no-show fees).
1 session €35
5 sessions €125
10 sessions €220
(If a client misses a class, they lose the class and do not incur any fees).

Promotions:
FIRST CLASS €1
INTRO MONTH €99
We have discontinued the 2-MONTH UNLIMITED promotion but if clients show
interest in this please forward them on to me connect at core40.nl or
kate at core40.nl - we can always make an exception.

The shower is working at Zuid now and we have warm water so if clients ask
at Centrum or Zuid, please update them.

While on shift please make sure the changing facilities and studio is
presentable and all products and the items on the beauty bar are stocked up
and the Marie Stella products are refilled in the showers, toilet and
dressing room area - this is a responsibility while you are working.

Please private message through your scheduled holidays, if you haven't
already done so. If you can give me as much notice as possible, that would
be great.

P.s We have a new social media coordinator Nova and she will be taking lots
of fun content for our social media platforms. You will see her around both
of the studios.
