[Frontdesk] CORE40 Update

Hello Team,

Happy Friday, I hope you are all well.

Please welcome Monica to the frontdesk team at Zuid, Monica will be on the
desk Thursday from 16:25 - 17:50 and 18:00 - 20:00 (the double shift).
Please use this email address to reach out to the team re covers and swaps
and update the google document accordiningling. If you haven't already done
so, please email me your holiday dates.

I have noticed over the past few weeks that your reservations are being
missed, either 'late cancelled' or 'no show'. Moving forward we will have
to introduce the late cancellation fee and no show fee again. We have to be
responsible for the classes that you book, as these are spots that we can
re-sell.

I wanted to send a quick note re the alarm. If you accidentally set it off,
don't stress (I know it's loud), as long as you slowly type the code in, it
will turn off.

If it is warm in the studio please open the side door for air flow. We
cannot have the front door open due to noise complaints in the past. The
'big key' opens the side door but please make sure it is locked before you
leave or notify the instructor to lock it. You can place the fans on and
the air co machine too.

Don't forget to sign the waivers from the iphone and update email addresses
on mindbody for Classpass clients.

We are looking for more frontdeskers to join the team, if you know anyone
that would fit the team please forward them on to me.
