[Instructors] CORE40 - Official Lagree Certification

Hi team,

Happy Friday! Hope you are all well and enjoying the December festivities.

We have a date for the Official Lagree Certification:

*Feb 16 -19, 2023 (Thu - Sun)*

*Day 1 & 2:* Lagree overview, principles, exercises, cueing, routine, etc.
**Mandatory for new trainees. All others are welcome to join as a
refresher.*
** 6 hours each day at CORE40 Zuid *

*Day 4 & 5:* Advanced form and alignment, how to up-level a class, flow and
routine, discuss teaching skills and demos
**Mandatory for new trainees and those who hadn't been officially certified
to attend. *
** 6 hours each day at CORE40 Zuid*

Day 4 & 5 are mandatory for all the new trainees that have not been
certified.
