Hi team,

Times included:

Day 1 & 2: Lagree overview, principles, exercises, cueing, routine, etc.
*Mandatory for new trainees.
* 6 hours each day at CORE40 Zuid from *11:00 - 17:00.*

Day 4 & 5: Advanced form and alignment, how to up-level a class, flow and
routine, discuss teaching skills and demos.
*Mandatory for new trainees
* 6 hours each day at CORE40 Zuid from *13:00 to 19:00.*
