[Instructors] CORE40 - UPDATE

Hi team,

Hope you are all well and having a fab week! Happy ADE!

Thank you for attending the training sessions with the team. We just wanted
to recap what we covered;

   - Counting the pace to slow clients down and focussing on holds to make
   the class more intense.
   - Set a mindful intention before class (1 minute) be in the present
   moment.
   - New phone policy. Clients can use their phone before or after class,
   not during. Please advise clients to place their phones upside down, we are
   trying to disconnect from our outside lives.
   - Regulate your music by using tracks with similar BPMs
   - Foreshadow the next move so that clients can transition quicker.
   - Injuries and pregnancy; Generally, clients in this situation will need
   to know how to modify. If a client is pregnant past 16 weeks and hasn't
   done the Lagree workout before (new to CORE40), we will advise the client
   to wait till they are postpartum to try out CORE40.

*We have removed the €1 pricing option and replaced it with the €10  'FIRST
CLASS' pricing option. This pricing option is only available for new
clients (1 per client). *

*New late arrival policies;*

First timers (who haven't taken a CORE40 class at all) cannot join if the
class has started.
They will have to reschedule OR see if there is a spot in the next class,
this only applies to classpassers and if it is the same teacher the same
day and block OR the client can pay for a single drop-in fee.

For returning/regular clients they have a *'grace period' *of up to 10
minutes, anything over the 10 minutes they will have to reschedule.

*New Standby policy;* Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to any
class start time. Their spot will be held up to the minute class starts,
then it may be given to the standby client if the class is full. **The
standby client needs to have an active package in order to join class, If
the standby client is a Classpass user, they must then pay for a single
drop-in fee**
