Arrive Image

Arrive early

Arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes early for your first class. The instructor will give you a quick run-down of the Megaformer and answer any questions you might have.

What to bring

A water bottle and grip socks. We have filtered water systems available at all locations. Grip socks are mandatory and can be purchased at the vending machines in all our Amsterdam studios. Please bring your own towel if you would like to use the shower amenities at featured locations.

What to expect

A challenging 40-minute, full-body, high-intensity workout. Know that everyone else in the class started as a CORE40 first-timer, just like you!

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Cancel your session at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation penalty. If it’s your first time and you are not here 10 minutes early, you will not be able to participate if there isn’t sufficient time to give you an orientation of the Megaformer. Please email connect@core40.nl to request help with rescheduling.
